This. I will inherit a lot from my mother when she dies. Though she comes from a very long-lived family. My grandmother, her mother, is still alive after all, and closing in on 100 years old. I might not inherit til I'm in my 50s.

1950

Man: "Hello. I would like to buy a house"
Real estate agent: "Ok. You can buy this 4 bedroom 2 story house by savng for 2 years at your $5 an hour job"
Man: "Alright! See you in 2 years! Did you hear that, children?"

2025

Man: "Hello. I would like to buy this 2 bedroom 900 square foot house that's next to a railroad track"
Real estate agent: "Ok. You must make $150,000 a year, have an 800 credit score, and a perfect debt-to-equity ratio"
Manl: "I can't afford that. My wife and I(just us, no children) work 80 hour work weeks and can barely afford a 1 bedroom apartment"

You are but mortal and you will end. You can't take it with you and a lifetime of hoarding wealth and miserly penny pinching prevents you from frivolously spending it.

do read yourself? can you think for 5 minutes?
Millions of immigrants doesnt mean the houses or condos are going to build themselves by magic either
The cost of living is so high that most people are just surviving, add to that millions of people that took a loan during 2021 that struggle or are late on their mortgage payment, add to that the job crisis BECAUSE OF THOSE IMMIGRANTS, people CANT SELL, because NO ONE CAN BUY, plus banks issues reports for the last couple of months slowly saying they will stop loaning money. Plus many other issues that piled up. I'm not going to make fucking Ted Talk because two mutts aren't able to read few reports and charts... or even take few hours to watch a couple of video like an estie d'moron.
What going on anon? too much brainrot?
>>509706749
they reduced the interest rate at the central bank but banks are being extra careful now
too much fraud, a lot of pajeets that faked having income to buy houses at 1M+$
that bubble is cracking and it's going to pop really hard

Daily reminder that jews hate millennials because they bloodied the yids' oversized noses with:

>4chan
>Occupy Wall Street
>the sustainability movement
>libertarianism
>PUA
>Free Tibet
>makerspaces,
>Shawn Fanning
>the Tea Party
>the Ron Paul campaign
>Edward Snowden
>Gamergate
>Ross Ulbricht
>Virginia Giuffre
>Tracy Twyman
>Paris Hilton
>Joe vs. the Elan School
>Matt Gaetz
>JD Vance
>etc.

Daily reminder that millennials forced jews to go all in on cultural Marxism, thereby spooking the niggercattle with all their kitschy tranny and pedo shit and ensuring a Trump presidency.

Daily reminder that if jews had more than 50 years left, they would create a new holiday just to lament their "persecution" at the hands of millennials.

I graduated high school right into the 08 crash. Married a girl, had four kids, bought a home after saving and doing overtime like crazy. Property is worth 100k over when I bought it two years ago. Shit sucks, but I bought a home I'll pay off way before I ever retire.

Depends on AI and federal law but I still get paid 350-450 per order (sometimes 700 for rural manufactured homes).

Finding a mentor is the hardest part because you need apprenticeship hours but you can look up your state board and reach out, also make sure you know the reqs on your state. I mentored someone once to certification and never want to do it again so that’s the biggest issue because you can’t scale this business without breaking the law, many have tried.

TLDR: if you want to make $150k a year and can measure a house and back up your math it’s pretty great work but the future is dicey everyone hates us because we have to be impartial

Thanks fren. My dad has a friend who does this for a living and makes something like 200k a year. I talked with him and took an interest. He says it takes a couple of years to get the ball rolling but once you’re established it can be pretty lucrative.
