They started putting something in the water around 2010. I'm sure of it. A massive portion of millennials look much younger than their age, or simply good for their age. Even those that looked older than everyone else in high school and early 20s seemed to just rapdly slow down in terms of aging after 2010. I'm always shocked when I see pictures of old friends. 75% of them look as if they stopped aging sometime in their 20s. Especially true for men, but even women to my surprise. Even those that had kids didn't seem to age any more rapidly. Even the people that smoked. It's very strange. Aside from normal shit like hairlines, their faces do not look like those of someone in their mid-late 30s. It's not just me who sees it also. When I have been our irl with millennials and some zoomer siblings, the zoomers always seem shocked to learn the age of the millenials. They thought they were fellow zoomers. It's not clothing style either. It's kind of creeping me out because I expected to see aging people when I search old friends, especially since I was the late bloomer who aged slowly. It seems as though I've finally almost caught up. What the fuck is going on? I think we are currently living in a mass experiment by the government.

I think it's mostly because Z smokes more. We will likely find out years from now that while Vaping isn't as unhealthy as smoking it's also bad for your skin.

That's assuming zoomers look old though. I don't really think that's the case. They're just aging at a normal rate. Lots of zoomer women do look old but that's mostly makeup. There is definitely something going on with millennials however. Perhaps it's something we ate or were exposed to growing up, but it's strange that most aged normally until about 30 and then just came to a stand still. I've seen mugshots of people I knew growing up, bad kids who did drugs. Even they aged pretty good.

I don't feel bad for them at all. I also correlate the covid vaxx with rapid aging. I know a few people who looked like they aged 10 years after taking their shots when I saw them again after 3 years. None of my unvaxxed frens have this problem

I look decent but my beard is starting to grey on the side burns and my hairline is thinner it seems like. Still have a full head of hair down to my mid back.

I don't heal as quick as I used to, but still seems fairly quick.

I drink, smoke, other drugs occasionally (no more hard shit), don't exercise, I eat decent tho and try to pick stuff with the least ingredients in it.

I don't have a lot of stress in my life.

It’s all the health knowledge we’ve acquired since 2015. GenZ is too young and retarded to remember when veganism was being pushed.
A good portion of us have been trying out different diets since then and seeing which one is best for us.
A lot of us (not the funk pop fags) went down self improvement and spiritual and philosophical rabbit holes as well.
