Does anyone still have the footage of people randomly looking over their shoulders then spining in circles before collapsing

So unusual that nobody gets a solid look at it, so it's either something to do with a blown artery in the brain taking out balance and making banshees appear, or the other less interesting result, people committing suicide on Camera for their loved one, and not wanting to jeopardize the life insurance policy. Could be a superposition of both.
