i assume the 100 billion is node control, similar to google maps algorithm from the 1800s you do not have to control the pipe to see what is inside and with a strategic smattering of infect nodes you can cover the globe with just a handful of nodes, this is assumeing terristrial communication only with sats there is even less ground to cover because air propagation is spherical

Its not CIA. those faggots probably need to hire people to do their crypto transactions. The NSA has always been pioneering crypto tech. The first norad computers were networked via RSA ( or variant ). So that the military could launch nukes remotely. That was all pioneered by the NSA. You can't back door it. Thats not the way it works. And the vulnerabilities are superficial to the mathematics. In other words its some asshole doing a poor implementation. If bitcoin suffered from this it would have been found already with all that money on the line. Take a couple of days and study the math. It'll kinda blow your mind how it works if you can understand it fully.

They can't do it. Its not magic its a limitation in computers that cannot be overcome without making computers faster. Quantum computers promised the ability to test all possible combinations of a math function in one operation. And if they could do that they would indeed be able to break encyption. But it turns out that they cannot do it. There is an error rate and any error at all means the function is not solved. And it doesn't help them solve it faster either. Because the function is non linear.
