Both partners can be 30 years old, same amount of muscle mass, and same profession making the same amount of money and the justice system will still swing in her favor on everything. Why? Because everyone knows women are inherently stupid and vulnerable and need special treatment. The only reason why male+female romance is even allowed at all is because of biological demands. If laws were purely based on logic alone, it would be illegal to be alone with a woman.
