I live in Texas and the Hill County floods all the time when tropical systems stall over the state like the ONE THAT CAME UP FROM MEXICO for a week.
The left is blaming Trump for NOAA cuts while the right is saying weather radars steers weather systems. It's fucking stupid, all tropical systems move from south to North in the northern hemisphere.
