I am generally very pro US and able to understand that all systems will have flaws, but the fact that corporations are essentially treated as humans by the law except with increased privelages and reduced consequences, is a huge glaring issue.
If a house is in a residential zoning area, it should not be able to be owned by a company, end of story. Yes there is a greay area with banks for mortgage purposes that lawmakers will have to iron out in the language, but the spirit of the concept is clear.
