How do you guys do this? How do you push forward knowing we will all die painfully and so will everyone we love. Lately it's been too much for me to bare and I need help

It's a good point. Would it be better if the universe and life didn't exist at all? There was a point in my life I was happy and had hope for the future and enjoyed the warmth of love and liberty but now I've seen enough and just want to pass. People should be the given the opportunity to exist because a lot of them want to. Just because we don't want to doesn't give us the right to take away theirs.
