We've never claimed a stolen delivery since we started using the delivery subscription but we've never actually had a correct delivery. Every time either something is broken like one of the eggs in a dozen, a substitution was done without approval or the driver literally just pocketing items

The same place most tips go. The company. Unless you are physically handing dollar bills to the worker, there is probably some tip "sharing" scheme. The business takes a chunk off the top, then the rest is redistributed so the ornery niggers get a cut.
