Certain companies have a monopoly on information and so it will get worse.
As well couple that with tracking software and people can be organized on the fly easily.

Even if they somehow figured out how to perhaps cause a modulation of the brain in individuals, like to stimulate certain areas that are correlated with impulses
For example to laugh, to knock something down without thinking about it any further would be the direct result for a lot.
Certain impulses could maybe control others with poor impulse control.
You have them a targeted individual raising contention against the devil paradigm and the ability to track them and modulate the people around them.
