>>509813169I was a high school sophomore. Definitely weird. I had just been at the WTC a week or so before that too, went to visit my grandma in North Jersey and we took the train into NYC while I was there, almost went up the tower but the line was long and I distinctly remember my dad saying "well it'll be there next year." On top of that we actually flew home on United Flight 93 (or at least the same Newark-LAX route) as well, which made it even weirder.
>>509813273Would've been about 60k for a commercial for the program I was in (heavily subsidized community college, and very competitive, I was one of only 12 students to get in that year, out of nearly 100 trying) but covid fucked me. Typically more like 90-100k.
>>509813296Actually a Diamond DA40. I hate to admit it but I'm actually not completely sure why it had dual Garmins, may have just been a redundancy thing.
>>509813444>does the trust come with the depth of understanding you have for them ?Basically yeah, along with just doing a lot to mitigate the risks. At least in my case I'm also just so focused on the tasks at hand that I don't really have any space left to be scared either, it's a lot like riding a motorcycle or skiing or whatever in that regard.
