People over a certain intoxication line should lose all rights. For example, if you're piss drunk and you've decided to come up and be an obnoxious asshole to me, I should be able to hit you first, knock you out, break your limbs, or even kill you without any penalty.

I stopped in jan, my poop is finally back to normal, but I have started feeling more aches and pains, I lost 40lbs and have been trying to take vitamin B and other supplements body seems to like red meat and have cravings for sugar randomly. Best choice I ever made. Congrats in your soberity. Feels good to say that

Think only way we can help drinkers is encourage them to not drink. Drunkards behavior leads to forgetfulness, memory lapses, poor impulse controls and bad judgement in addition to the physical symptoms. Most alcoholics I know are still in denial about how alcohol affects their lives and their inability to out two and two together. Usually they are stuck in the cycle of drinking but can't escape it to get treatment usually because of work. As we age into our 30s our bodies become more susceptible to cellular aging and alcohol accelerates this and makes you more prone to disease. People drink and use drugs for escapism mostly I feel and substance use typically goes hand in hand with depression or some other mental disorder usually exacerbated by childhood trauma or a broken home. They basically don't know how to live without it and we need to educate and come from a place of care to show that you can live a life without drinking and be happy. If someone out there is struggling with drinking seek help! Try talking to someone you'd be surprised at how helpful people are.
