Legit curious how do Japanese handle non asian Japanese(which is a minority)
And I mean the people who have tried their best to integrate with them and can speak Japanese fluently to perfection and without any problems.

How do they get treated and do these signs hold true for them as well?

I do know about gaijins, wapanese and all the other justified hostility towards foreigners.
But can't find info on this also do signs like that apply to south koreans and foreigners of asian origin and background?

Almost every single one of those restaurants are effectively bankrupt but subsist on loans from the Japanese pension system. It works the same in Europe to a degree with SMEs. That's why European waiters can afford to be pricks to customers and Japanese restaurants can exclude people, because they get subsidies regardless of how much they sell. It's for this reason alone the modern welfare state can be compared to a Potemkin village.

I don't get it. If these places are getting help from their pension system but don't allow foreigners who are being imported as shown above. Then how come their government is still helping those businesses or why would they continue the import of scum when the businesses they help show that they clearly don't want them. This doesn't make sense

Government doesn't care if they accept people or not, most of the people being imported in work in services at convenience stores or factories. Those restaurants are used for tourist purposes or at worst a development placeholder so that certain urban regions don't fall into decay even if they're unpopulated. Not everything is about immigrants, once AI starts replacing service work and factories become automated immigrants are expendable, the whole reason for this is to break up labor unions. If the new generation worked those jobs then they would unionize and reject automation, this happened in Britain in the 1960s with CNC machines, it's part of the reason why outsourcing began at all.

Not just them, everywhere, but yes I do think so. UKIP, MAGA, Sanseito, are all the start of a global mass privatization movement. There's been massive amounts of *exit movements being pushed in Europe, as part of this greater push for global balkanization. Japan has other massive issues regarding food and energy, but there's more serious concerns for everyone else including them. What do you do when 90% of the population is considered useless? Is it all reduced to cultural death spirals? How will populations be regulated when everything is cheap and abundant? Most, if not all, jobs in Japan are ridiculously fake sales, retail, and finance jobs. It's getting like this in the US too and in Europe. There needs to be a vision for the future outside of just reacting to immigrants or senseless growth. Maybe a eugenics program? Some form of population control? Most people won't be happy with being treated like cattle, but there needs to be something beyond liberalism. In the case of Japan they need foreign resources to maintain their quality of life, so they rely on globalism like most countries without their own resources. Otherwise you get a return to feudalism and people bickering over arable land and water sources. There needs to be a replacement for oil, otherwise trade will become very imbalanced very quickly.

Libertarian chad here. This is perfectly fine. Their shop, their rules. I wish we could still discriminate like this in the US. Funny, how the supposed “collectivist bugman” country is actually more libertarian, and respects property rights more than the supposedly “free market capitalist” US.

I didn't mean it to come off like that. Having a purely aesthetic mode of society is fine, but domestic animals have no internal sense of inhibition. Domestic rabbits breed far more than wild ones, so there's this fake game of scarcity called 'economics' that's used to create shortages even if there aren't any. Japan for instance produces a population several orders of magnitude greater than its resources due to importing and places like the US/China/Canada can easily afford to give them excess food. I don't mind this, I would do it for free if it makes them happy and they continue being a functional, albeit unproductive, society. However if those resources went to India I'd refuse it because they're filthy insufferable nepotistic social ladder climbers. So I'm very partial to aesthetics like anyone else, but population works in exponents. One baby boom is fine, but two? You went from 2x to 4x the population and people live very long. Having a society of 'the beautiful ones' like in the mouse utopia experiment means you're left with very pretty mice that groom themselves all day, but don't breed. At some point you need to select what % reproduces and what population level is sustainable at all. Japan is mostly yuppie work now and people like them because they keep up appearances. The role of state is risk management, they want everything to be easily controllable, I don't think most people care if so as long as everything functions and the social model is sustainable.
