>>509849614I think they lobbied the government owned operator to remove the seats so once in a blue moon a wheelchair could go there instead of near the big wide space at the door. At the cost of real people seating especially anyone with sore or arthritic feet or pregnant women. Or anything short of a wheel chair bound burden on society and epitome of failure.
Could also be a bicycle thing but no point in doing that ever as cycling is 2x quicker than a tube train travels at so you would never do it.
Not totally clear anyway but can't be good.
