Anecdotally agree

All the gay grey flip jobs we looked at in the beginning of the year absolutely refused to move the price. The one lived in house being sold by some aging Gen X took 12% below asking after 12 hours of deliberating. It's flippers, "investors" and Airbnb fags doing this

boomers are the most entitled people in history. boomers feel so entitled to other people's money that they have always supported the government forcefully confiscating it to fund their medicare and social security ("but i paid into the programs $12 each paycheck in the 80's! now i should get thousands each month!" lol). since taxing gens x, y, and z's incomes still isn't enough to cover these boomer entitlements, they also feel entitled to devalue the dollar for future generations by printing inflationary deficit dollars to fund their boomergibs.

boomers also own most assets like equities and real estate, and they are terrified at the idea of these losing value, so they feel entitled to ruin money for future generations even more by printing money any time there's an "emergency" like bailing out the banks, or coofbux, anything to prevent line from going down. boomers also feel so entitled to make the line go up that they dedicated their lives to replacing the white race in america. by importing tens of millions of browns they got both a cheap labor source and a population increase that helped increase overall gdp. they also outsourced domestic labor to foreign countries which screwed over domestic white labor even more.

in summation, i have reached the inescapable conclusion that boomers are the single most entitled generation ever to exist, primarily evidenced by their eagerness to replace their own race and destroy the currency so that all future generations will be nothing but brown, broke, goycattle, all in order to grow/maintain the value of their nesteggs. and it's not because boomers are evil. it's because they are ignorant and entitled

Because boomers are literally the most prosperous generation in history, who were coddled by every possible way in their entire lives. Hired off the streets with no experience, living through the most prosperous economy possible, able to buy suburban homes on manual labor, if they bothered to invest anything, becoming millionaires in 1-2 decades, entire culture dickriding and enabling them and so on.

Nah, it's entirely house valuation. After Sopranos, everyone decided to stick their dicks in HUD housing. My neighborhood in my city with 4 digits of population elected a new mayor who started gentrifying the place. Suddenly, everyones property value was spiking, and then around 10 years ago it all started becoming HUD housing. Today, about 1 in 10 people live in homes they own in my area.

Property value is as high as you claim it is and it's trivial to submit a piece of paper to get that value through HUD housing.

Few people are having kids and there aren't enough good jobs to open a mortgage. There are like 10 homes for sale within a block of my house and they've been listed for almost half a year.

As for the no jobs sitution I suspect that investors are all putting their money into foreign tech or manufacturing companies that sell to other countries. Since there are foreign jeets working below minimum wage, remotely, why would you put money into operating an American retail location that comes with a higher cost of labor, risks of theft, insolvency, or inventory issues? The money is still flowing outward despite tariffs because businesses are making more off delegating AI tasks to Puujar Randjeet for $2.00 an hour, and no overhead cost like if you were to open a franchise restaurant and pay every worker $7.25 hourly, rent/utilities, servicing all the kitchen appliances, and the frozen food.

"While both appraisals and inspections can be involved in the home buying process, mortgage lenders primarily require a home appraisal for loan approval. An appraisal is an expert's opinion of the market value of a property, ensuring the loan amount is in line with the property's worth. Home inspections, though not typically required by lenders, are often recommended for buyers to assess the property's condition"

This is the result of too much wealth inequality.
In the past, people had to sell for what they could get, because they didn't have lifetime security from huge fortunes.
Now, if sellers don't like the price, they decide not to sell. They don't need to sell and they have the luxury of sitting on an item until people become desperate enough to pay their price because they are loaded.
Wealth inequality distorts markets as badly as regulation does.

Retards that put appraisal contingencies in their reports (no matter what the appraisal says we can make up the cash) are already undewater due to mortgage rates clamping down on demand.

This won’t improve for awhile, for anyone, the market is completely fake and gay right now

My aunt is a house flipper. Her process:
>Buy old, structurally sound house
>Plan the renovation on a computer app
>Hire mexicans to do the actual work because they are cheap
>rip out everything (hardwood floors, real fireplaces, walls, tilework, solid wood cabinets, etc) to make it open concept
>Install the absolute cheapest materials possible
>Paint it all shades of gray/beige
>charge like 100-300k more than what she put into it
Made a lot of money in early COVID, but has had a rough few years. She is lucky my uncle is rich or she would already be begging my grandparents for money. She offered to sell me a house but imo she destroys every piece of property by making the lifespan years rather than decades

Kek it literally is boomers in my area with like $1.5M in ready cash and they are making the market extremely fucking difficult and demoralizing for anyone who's not a boomer. Glad to hear all these old faggots are becoming salty about the rates that they actually brag about too.
>we bought our 2nd house in 2020 at 0%
>yeah we can't really sell it though because of the interest rate
>just gonna stay in this 0% interest house until the real financial apocalypse then I'll snap up all the remaining real estate and turn it into airB&B
Fucking bastards have pissed me off. I'm not jealous of their money, I'm sick of them clogging up the market, buying shit they frankly don't need.
Good, I hope they give up altogether and have to keep paying tax on it. That's what you get for bloating the market and living to be 1400 years old.

>if he invested ANY of his earnings or even just bothered to buy a house, he is a millionaire by now
>helped move industry abroad for a better quarterly and supported unrestricted immigration if it meant more workers to serve him at Walmart
>entire society and media was tooled around pampering and enabling him
>pulls up the ladder after himself, leaving future generations to rot
>never encountered any hardship in his entire life, coasted through existence with no effort

You are rightfully concerned. The growing male exodus from meaningful places in society will likely manifest in a revolution of sorts but they'll be quoting Bane instead of communist mantras and call you gay as they put you against the wall. The youth are continually squeezed to benefit the old, it will manifest in SS increasing in age and increased taxes; there is no escaping becoming a target until boomers and Gen X are equally fucked out of pensions, SS and their bank accounts are seized via bail ins. Your generation will do anything in its power to avoid accountability. Just get together with your peers and say you turned housing in to a speculative asset and regret it while promising to sell your homes at a loss and there will be an end to the horrors. Otherwise your only option is pulling yourself up by your bootstraps into some sort of time machine so you can redo the last 5 decades of economic and social policy. This is really just examining trends across history, the writing was on the wall when average age of marriage hit 30, it's close to 32 now. If enough fighting age males are denied a future they historically will collectivize and share that fate with everyone. Good luck.

Before the Great Recession, when house flipping and mortgage fraud was rampant, there was a condo in my building that was flipped four times before anyone lived in it. The building was new construction and each person who bought it, repainted it and changed a few minor items before selling it for a profit. They probably thought they were geniuses, when really it was that the market was inflated due to criminal fraud in the way property value assessments, especially using comps, were done.

If inflation makes the dollar become obsolete, then whatever the form of currency that comes into play will still reflect what it is that person owns.

I own a home, I may trade a home for something I need. If the dollar becomes worthless and my home goes to 1 trillion dollars. It doesn't matter, because the currency is about to die. I still own my home and can use my home to barter in the next system. Your goal should be to try and delegitimize the people who are gaining ownership over things based on a current flawed currency.

There was a small commercial building, maybe 2000 sq feet, that was the last standing building on the block across the street from where I lived twenty years ago. The guy who owned it had a repair shop in it he ran for something like thirty years before retiring. He wanted over a million dollars for that building. He knew that to complete the block to build a condo tower, developers would need his lot. Problem for him was that there were half a dozen other vacant lots nearby that could be developed just as easily, so no one was willing to pay that much for his lot, in addition to the cost for the rest of the block.
He never reduced his price. When he died, his kids sold it for $200k.

Why could the boomers buy a house for $10k but houses now are $500k?
The Jews transfer wealth to themselves through the Federal Reserve printing $trillions.

Imagine that you have a machine that can print endless amounts of $100 bills.
Print $500k to buy a house.
Rent house to goyim
Collect 50% of the goyim's paycheck.
You own 50% of the goyim's labor.

Repeat.
Soon you own the whole neighborhood.
Repeat for decades.
Own 100,000's of houses
Housing prices are astronomical and ordinary people can't afford to buy.
Vast numbers of goyim now work for you in virtual slavery.

This is wealth transfer from the citizens to the Jews who own the central banks that print money. Enslavement through central banking.

>By a continuing process of inflation, government can confiscate, secretly and unobserved, an important part of the wealth of their citizens. - John Maynard Keynes

>The governments of the Nations forming the Universal Republic will all pass effortlessly into Israelite hands, thanks to the victory of the proletariat. Individual property can then be abolished by the rulers of the Judaic race who will administer the public fortune everywhere. In this way the promise of the Talmud will be fulfilled, that when the Times of the Messiah have come, the Jews will hold under their keys the property of all the peoples of the world.

>Mom, an "artist and a writer", who never worked a day in her life inherited a summer villa in Spain that was built by her granddad yo be passed down
>Tell their daughter to follow her dreams and study opera shortly before kicking her out of the house at the age of 18
>No financial support ever since then because drowning in mortgage and other debts
>Nevertheless, dad buys a Tesla like all the other cool kids
>Brags about endless roadtrips and vacations in the group chat all the time
>Suddenly decide to sell the house and buy a chateau in France because Sweden is fucked
>Money is not enough so decide to sell the Spanish summer villa as well even though it is supposed to belong to the family
>Meanwhile their daughter would be starving on the streets because no one needs an opera singer if we didn't start to rent together
>She will never see a nickel of all that capital being moved, nor she will never inherit the chateau because her brother is next in line (who will also inherit the unpaid mortgages)

What really strikes me is how they can still think that life is as simple and carefree as it was for them in their prime, while also acknowledging that the country is fucked and jumping ship.

>The 'scam' of the money-lenders is the ability to literally create money from nothing, and then lend and accumulate interest on "credit," and then re-lend that interest for further interest, in perpetuity, that creates pervasive, worldwide debt, from the individual, to the family, to the entire state.

>The ability to operate a fraudulent credit and loan system has long been known, and with all the slickness of a snake-oil salesman, the money-lenders - the same types Jesus whipped from the Temple - have persuaded governments that banking is best left to their private interests.

>The cultural and material progress of a civilization will often relate to the degree by which it is free from the influence of debt, and the degradation that results when the money-lenders are permitted to abuse their power. Hence, Goodson shows that both World Wars, the Napoleonic wars, the American Revolution, the rise and fall of Julius Caesar, the regicide of Charles I of England, the overthrow of Gaddafi in Libya and the revolution against Tsar Nicholas, among much else in history relate to this "Hidden Hand".

It's the Jews overall, full stop, but that doesn't mean they haven't created little mini Jews who are all too happy to act on Jews' behalf who likewise deserve harsh criticism. It's probably too late to hope at this point for boomers as a whole but nooticing begets noticing and the more, the better. This includes noticing, pointing out, and criticizing their behavior, which they didn't receive enough of in their youth , which is how we got here.

In other words, boomer criticism creates a negative imprint on younger generations comprised of behaviors and habits that no one needs to ever repeat again. Jews have benefited from boomers more than anyone else, so it is in their direct interest to just let the boomer archetype go unnoticed and forgotten so they can hope to repeat it

All the gen x I work with have pensions, for my generation the ladder was promptly pulled up behind them. All the local properties within a 1 hour drive now 5-10X, the resort effect is staring them in the face and they have no solution. It's insane to be this vital to the collective well being, the light in your face the and packets sent over vast distances only capable because of people like myself, yet I have no reason to live. I hate this existence, survival with no purpose. My supervisors know this, that I wear a crude mask and they can do nothing about it, I'm unmatched at work, constantly praised, they cannot afford to lose me, guys with homes and pensions can't produce as I do with 3x the experience and they will require my generation for continuity but none of it matters to me. My desire to return the favor 10 fold is my only reason for continuing. Keep deflecting. True you may be innocent, but you'll be judged on the behavior of your peers. Worse yet there are millions like me and they may not be as understanding of your circumstances. Regardless of my desires no one can prevent a great turning, if you cannot convince me you'll have no chance against the mobs that are actually going to come for you. The problem is we worked 60 hour weeks as well, and there is nothing to show for the effort, what's more the only solution given is to work harder. What if we just let everything break instead? That's already happening now without a conscious effort. They keep giving foreclosure deference at the expense of the youth, to keep prices inflated, well you can only fuck us so many times until these gifts are returned in kind.

the only legitimate way to "flip" a house is to buy something unlivable (because the walls are falling in and the floor is rotten) and rebuild it, make it nice and up to code, then resell it
99% of these faggot ass 'flippers' buy a perfectly good house, knock out every wall for an 'open concept' and paint it some non-offensive color to appeal to as many air bnb faggots as possible
now they're pulling it off the market calling it 'a gully' like they said in 2007 right before they ran out of people to sell to
blackrock buying up land to rent out is quickly running out of people to rent to because they keep jacking the rent up to unaffordable rates and if the house prices drop they lose their investment scheme since it's all built on growth, meaning they have to keep buying houses up to keep the prices high but without capital they can't buy the houses, meaning they're getting investors and loans to cover it so they're actually burying themselves in debt to keep the cash flow going

Yeah, friend is trying to sell their home here in Vancouver. They're having a tough time. Listing price 750k, and they've had nearly no offers after a month, and lowered it to 720k. They had a viewing a bit ago after that, lesbian couple who loved it, and they offered...670k. Friend said that they already lowered the price by 30k so 670k is far too low, and...the couple walked.

100% a buyers market right now. They're not sure what to do, and are wondering if they should have just taken the 670k. I think they should have, I think there's going to be a cascade very very soon where prices start dropping all at once massively as the people rush to sell.

It's cheaper than paying property taxes and upkeep on an old house. A good RV trailer is worth way less than a house, and if you are a single guy, it makes way more sense to be mobile than it is to stay in one spot. The elite aren't loyal to one place, so why should you or I be? I can take a better paying job 3000 miles away tmmrw and be gone. Gives you way more leverage in negotiations. Physical mail is a limitation, but everybody uses email now.

Also remember that there will be less people in 2060 than there are now due to the demographic crash. Real estate will be worthless unless it's maintained.

That's not how wealth accumulation works. Jews will own more and more real estate through various holding companies.

I'm buying about an acre, with loose zoning, water, and will put a Big "garage" live work space, then just live in comfy 30ft trailer or something. Low tax because no home, easy to bugout or move into big garage. I'm not ever selling, so fuck it.

I think we're going to reach a point where social security and Medicare can't pay out which will leave boomers in an awkward lurch. I sort of hope for collapse so the hard choice of feeding the next generation or feeding retirees comes and for once on their entitled lives they have to make a sacrifice which will undoubtedly lead to them being selfish to their detriment.

Less people will exist in the future. Houses will be worth less and less unless they are maintaining them. And the world is only getting more mobile as time goes on.

There is no such thing as Millenial Gray, if you've ever worked anywhere mixing colors you'd know Gray is the default because it's made by mixing unwanted colors. Not brown, or black because most unused paint you find is bought in reference to simple color pallettes, earthy or rocky. When Gwendella gets rid of her pink flamingo paint we throw that shit in the garbage because nobody wants it, and it can't recycled because it fades badly under sunlight or will not bond with other colors.

The issue is that the "future" generation in the countries aren't actually white. US and Canada is already minority white in those under 18 years old. I don't think anything should be sacrificed for those people.

That's my idea also. I live on the road as truck driver right now, but my plan is to simply have a super C , toterhome or bus style diesel RV and a stacker trailer to store my cars. Buy cheap plots of land for pennies and then build a cheap steel building. The RV acts like a mobile living space while the stacker trailer is my garage and workshop. The steel building is just a shell to protect my RV.

Have similar properties all over the US.

perfect. I think I'm building quonset style. The ones with 8ft of vert wall. Places I'm looking are all FEMA hell on Earth fire zones, so nobody can get insurance and therefore loans, often. Cash is king, and I can bug out and come back to an intact steel home

>This is a policy problem
OK, so suggest the policy that's going to magic up houses for all the unemployed and unemployable crybabies in these threads.
On the off chance that we can't figure out a policy that magics up a free house for everybody when they get their first job out of high school do you believe it would be wise for anon to try to work on a more individual and practical solution if they want to own a home?
>I’m lucky,
How the fuck is grinding out law school "luck"? Like you're just lucky you spent 6 years studying instead of jacking off to japanese cartoons or tranny porn in a goon cave on accident? I'd wager the same amount of effort put into almost anything would yield good results.

Why are you spending your more valuable time with these people? Are you saying that if these people were more like you, they'd still end up spending their time exactly as you are right now?

You're missing the point, that the coins you could cash with that check, with the silver in them, you were making 40 bucks an hour decades ago. Which is like being a millionaire in today's dollars.

Wait till you meet the Swedish ones. They are just as narcissistic and greedy. But they also never stopped being ideological leftists (while also being capitalist hypocrites at the same time) either. Our own version of the ADL and/or SPLC called Expo basically created a "scandal" the other week out of one of our ministers young relatives at one point having been involved in some cringe Andrew Tate larping fight club (which Expo of course hype up as some spooky nazi terror death cult).
Swedish Boomers are the scummiest scum in the universe. I unironically wish I could just finger snap them all away immediately. These narcissists will control my life and my extended familys life till the day they are finally dead (and my own piece of shit narcissistic asshole generation the millennials start carrying their torch).
I think Ollie Matthews (Societal Narcissism channel on youtube) made a great point once about Europe being even further ahead on the societal narcissism scale than the US and I am surprised he does not get more contributions to his channel from Swedes in particular. The Europeans that usually contribute seem to be French most of the time. And thats still understandable. Because French Boomers are the second worst Boomer nationality second only to Swedish Boomers. But in Sweden we also have a strong culture of silence.
My disdain for Swedish boomers and Swedish millennials is endless. I am unfortunately a millennial myself. I hate myself and want to die but I am too much of a coward to go through with it. But I really want to die. Boomers made me feel that way. Both my biological mentally ill narcissistic boomer parents and my narcissistic foster family. Its been nothing but dysfunction and narcissism all around me all my life. Not just the boomers (primarily still mostly boomers though) but also all the gen x and millennial assholes I had to grow up around.
