houses are ridiculously overpriced but this happened because the currents got inside of the structure and built up against the side while still rushing in from their origin. The finished ones across the street are doing fine and they're blocking some of the wind from hitting this one

they're supposed to build the actual fucking walls and not just the studs before they add another floor since the walls are structurally important

Amazing that there's plywood the entire way around the homes.
Builders got the bright idea of only using plywood on the corners during the fake supply shortages in 2020 and have been applying siding directly to the studs through most of the run of an exterior wall.
...Just when you thought it couldn't get any cheaper.
