This is the real factual answer. They commit more crimes than whites due to institutional racism. Poor black communities are not policed the same way as rich white communities. Which causes more crime. When they do get policed, it's lazy. They actually have a serial killer, but because of that lazy policing, it always gets turned into something else. Samuel Little is a great example of that. He murdered 98 people but the police would just say the OD.
