The noise canceling head phones along with the light blinders and a kiddie leash is what my son uses. With out his blinders and head phones he's always touching things, looking at things, and asking questions. But, put the blinders and headphones on him and he's a little angel. We had to up his ssri regimen the first few times he wore the blinders in public, but now he's learned to just blindly follow his leash.
