I think a lot of people in Germany would like anti-immigration policies but the only parties that offer those are also anti-EU, anti-federalization, etc, which most Western people today, for better or worse, are in favor of. So one way would be to campaign on right-wing social policies *and* more European integration. Basically take what people like from CDU and what they like from AfD. Ultimately more integration would lead to Germany being the center of said new union and German would probably be the official language. If you want the union to be white you'd have to remove countries that are too far gone demographically (like France unfortunately) and then just extract the good people from there carefully if things get too bad for them. Of course Germany would have to deal with the bad cultures and lack of virtue in people in the new territories (Slavic and Latin indolence comes to mind) but I'm pretty sure this can be fixed. The other option is for Germany to leave the EU, unite with Austria, rearm and attack the Eastern countries to kill everyone and create living space; but that seems unrealistic today and will be met with resistance.
