He literally stared down both Israel and Iran at once and forced them to sign a ceasfire, and he literally just expanded the deportation budget to eclipse the military budget of many countries.
And he's literally trying to facilitate a peace deal by getting the both sides to the table, that means treating with both sides.
At what point would he have thrown Vance under the bus again? Hell Elon initiated the split himself, insisting they'd adopt a lefty EV agenda that was obviously never going to happen.
