This is the most retarded theory given the collateral damage at the event. Did the plan go wrong? I've seen someone in the past suggest that maybe crooks was recruited into the usual FBI entrapment plot but perhaps he was not supposed to have a gun. The theory involves him "going rogue" and bringing his own gun instead of just the FBI supplied explosives and what have you..
