The rightwing framework, when stripped bare, is "far right" in that you're violently and unapologetically securing an order of hierarchy that benefits you. It's not about justice, right or wrong, ethics, morals, etc. It's all self serving and any advancement, any benefit needs to be kept to a select group while outgroups are made to be subjugated, exterminated, or just shut out.
To get around this more honest framework, religion and divinity come in to lay down ground rules to protect that hierarchy and create a cultural promise or contract to the nation and its people. There, it can neatly incorporate ethnic policy as well. The result is a more PR friendly pushing of selectively beneficial social order that doesn't leave much room for debate and comes with a lot of "well I don't make the rules" when it comes to certain anti-liberal policy.
