D's are "cooked"!
The Democratic Party is currently facing a severe crisis, described by many insiders as its deepest in nearly 50 years. They suffer from historically low favorability ratings, lack a popular national leader, and face an unfavorable political landscape including tough Senate races and a shifting electorate that is trending more conservative, especially among young voters and working-class groups.

Polls show Republicans gaining ground for the 2026 midterms, with Democrats struggling to regain lost support despite some localized successes. Internal party challenges include leadership doubts, chaotic primaries, and difficulty appealing to key demographics that have drifted away.

Democrats also face structural disadvantages in the Electoral College that will worsen after the 2030 census, making future presidential victories more difficult.

While some analysts caution against declaring the party “dead,” the consensus is that Democrats are in a deep hole requiring significant renewal and strategic shifts to rebuild a sustainable majority.

In short: The Democrats are far from “cooked” but are in a profound and possibly prolonged crisis that demands urgent reinvention and adaptation to survive and thrive in a changing political landscape.

Hopefully there won't be another Democrat president for another 20 years. The left died on the hill trying to defend trannies (women beaters) and illegals.

They went on a hate White males campaign for ten years, then were totally shocked White males don't vote for them anymore.

Their answer to this was also NOT to stop hating White males, but to reframe it as a marketing issue.

Perplexing.
What is the solution?
Is there one?

The solution is to let democrats keep talking about their love for trannies and replacing Americans with illegals. They dug their own grave.

low approval ratings just means a lot of them will be changed in the primaries before 2026. Leftists are still going to be voting for the leftist option, they're mad and they're not going anywhere.

MAGA is not gonna win shit because Elon's gonna have candidates in that America party and will suck away votes from them. Also its gonna be incredibly easy to campaign against MAGA this time, all you have to do is say they signed the BBB.
Pretty much every single time after theres a supermajority of one party, congress changes hands to the other party after the first 2 years. So the supermajority tries to get as much as possible done in those 2 years without regard for their constituents, fully expecting to lose next time but considering that a worthy sacrifice

Heh.
True enough. And shaking people for being born a certain race (White)? Odd, you don't mention that...main thing. But we are all walkers on the path and few argee on everything.
Personally, I see Internet drives brain shrinkage, empathy shrinkage, ADHD and conformity ...and general authoritarianism as the main social ills plaguing the West. And world.
So my "solution" post was about the shittiness of both parties and "issues" with democracy, even representative democracy, in general. Esp in modern digital collapsing age

the dems won an election with a black guy and then won another election vs an incumbent with a senile puppet on strings with cancer. I really dont think you guys understand how OP that is.
