Honestly, guys, if AC just get dual-blade window fans. It doesn't cool the place down like an AC would but it causes a wind stream and makes the room feel cooler. Depending on the type you get you can reverse the directon of the fans, or have one as exhaust and one as intake by the push of a button.

ALSO VERY BIG PLUS if some fucker is smoking weed or cigarettes outside and the house is starting to smell you can just set the fans to exhaust and that will expel the smell and not allow for any smells to come in. Same applies to skunk smells.
