Anorexia Nervosa is classified as a mental health disorder just like gender dysphoria. They also have a sorter life expectancy than trannies do. It's common for women to pass away in their 30s.
The skinny girl in the picture is Eugenia Cooney, just recently turned 30 and more than likely won't be alive for much longer.

Anorexia can come about in many different ways though.
It's unfortunate when the illness takes a hold of you and you simply don't want to eat.
I'm a dude and I had Anorexia at 19 because I was running a lot and suddenly I was like 120lbs at 5'9". I was rushed to the hospital and my insides were in a lot of pain.
I had bruises on my hips just from lying in bed.
It was fucking horrible and it almost took my life.
