>He betrayed everything
Trump is doing Trump. Allow me to explain.
Trump is shallow. Shallow like a puddle on asphalt. This comes from his insecurity as "nouveau riche."
He's very wealthy, but the blue bloods of the West don't really respect him, and he knows it, because
he understands the difference. Little people don't get this, but it's the core of Trump's mentality.
Putin understands this about Trump. So Putin treats Trump with utmost respect, like Trump is a great
world leader. This thrills Trump. Trump will always favor powerful people that treat him with respect.
So Trump, having previously been POTUS, came into office with Putin being one of the few of the
Great men on the planet, that he believed respected him. However, for the last 6+ months,
Putin has been shitting on Trump's dreams of ending "Biden's war" and getting a big star for it. Maybe
even a Nobel. Certainly the bragging rights and beating Biden el al. over the head with it.
So it took a few months for Trump to figure all this out. Much to his great disappointment, Trump now
understands the Putin is just playing him. In Trump's mind, this is a great betrayal, and it has made
Trump very, very angry.
Right now Trump is resuming "defensive" weapons for Ukraine. But that isn't going to solve anything.
He's hedging, because he hopes Putin might be made to cooperate and give Trump his huge win.
But it won't work, because for Putin this is life or death: Putin can't just turn off Ukraine and survive.
Trump doesn't really get that, so to Trump it just looks like Putin is disrespecting him.
With each passing day, Trump is more enraged by being denied a big win by Putin, and
by being played for a fool. Over the next year, as headlines about missile attacks and dead
civilians appear each day, Trump's rage will build. Ultimately Trump will take the gloves off, just like
he did with Iran.
