This gives me angst. I am not able to acquire assets and build wealth for my retirement. More people stressing the housing market will bring me even further from building anything. Sizeable apartments are very expensive so I don't know if I can at least start a family and kill myself later when I run out of money during retirement.
Please reduce the pressure on the people and make life affordable again, someone.

That is the thing: In a closed system (borders closed), it is more or less irrelevant how many people live in a country as long as it has enough manpower to defend itself from exterior threats. Looking at the geopolitical boundary conditions (nearly everything is bound together by various defense treaties) and still persisting technological edge ( + nuclear weapons making an actual total defeat very improbable) of white nations over potential outside threats, renders this point completely moot.
You have some smaller issues regarding average distances for centralized services like schools, hospitals etc. (less densely populated land) and simply not the absolute economic firepower to conduct any "Great Projects", but our current greatness-detesting ruling-class isn't interessted in pursuing anything worthwhile anyway so that doesn't matter either.
Without immigration to surpress wages, clog up any public services, siphon massive amounts of tax dollar and permanently increase land value, the birthrate would probably reach an equilibrium at some point. Given that the technologcial ramifications don't change that rapidly again (I don't think they will) and that the collective self-hatred and anti-natalism is eradicated.
As soon as you have massmigration into a democratic state, the whole system simply becomes a racial/ethnic headcount, which is why we either desperately need to increase our birthrate, simply kick them all out (easiest option and even mostly compatible with some nation's current laws) or institute an authoritarian goverment to manage our new multiethnic shithole (see Singapore for a rough idea).

Yes, complete isolationsim is completely retarded and practically impossible in today's economic/technological landscape. Securing global shipping routes is mostly done by the US navy, which currently employs 325.000 active duty personal, which is ~0.1% of the total US population and ~0.17% of the non hispanic-white US-population. Even if one were to deport all non-whites from the US and the white population declines by another 50% (I don't think that the latter thing happens if you actually were to basically depopulate this enormous fucking country), you would still only need 0.34% of the population to continue to have the necessary manpower to practically control the world's oceans. Calculating if the US would still have the economic output to afford their large military is too time intensive for me to do right now, but looking at the net fiscal impact of whites compared to hispanics or blacks would at least suggest that the budget would be in a significant surplus (even though the absolute total tax income would be smaller due to a obviously smaller economy), which could be redirected to military spending.
I am not quite sure what you mean be "making sure that brown people never become competitive in your markets". Assuming you think that the third world (Middle-East, Africa) is purely underdeveloped due to western meddling and is being radically exploited by the west (literally retarded take in 2025): It does also not require a lot of money and manpower to simply destabilize a place that has been a shithole for decades/centuries (Middle East) or forever (subsaharan Africa). I don't see how a relatively smaller population radically impacts the relative bussiness competetiveness except maybe economy of scale effects.
I don't think that the West should be isolationist just because I don't want massmigration. I don't think we shouldn't cooperate or trade with the rest of the world.
