There's actually something worse happening, which is a bot farm relentlessly spamming /pol/, /biz/, /bant/, and perhaps more boards. The spammer is also attentive and listens to the critique of people who notice his bot farm.
He used to be identifiable through his unnatural filename pattern, pic rel, but after I pointed it out he started to use the timestamp randomizer that 4chanx provides, and resorted to gaslighting and strawmanning after being called out for using a filename starting with 1747 instead of the current 1751 for a screenshot taken on the day of his post, which would indicate that not only would the file have been previously downloaded, but it'd have been downloaded at least a month ago, while the screenshot was taken in 07/08/2025.
Never seen anyone using 4chanx's filename randomizer, so this stands out, and a lot. He seems unwilling to change his tactics though since this manages to fool most of /pol/ as it requires a higher level of noooticing.

Here's some actual improved rules:
1. Keep memeflags as is. They are useful for setting up an efficient spam filter. You should adjust built-in filter options to let us do flag filters without needing 3rd party programs though.
2. Create a registry of known spam images i.e. images that get repeatedly posted with the same or almost the same text. The dental regeneration one comes to mind immediately. Automatically shadowban anyone that posts with those images.
3. Do a ""background"" check of all current and future jannies to filter out bad actors from discord/reddit/other websites. Only 4chan autists and the legally required FBI and military intelligence representatives tyvm.
4. Introduce a form of AI moderation monitoring NOT AS ENFORCEMENT, but specifically to detect and flag spam waves for jannies to take care of.
5. Get rid of the intensely homosexual "you must wait 2 minutes before posting" bullshit holy fuck. If you can't get rid of it, at least make it such that you must have been browsing the website for at least 2 minutes, rather than requiring you wait 2 minutes after attempting to post.

There are no real time outs because I can just grab another IP. All my captchas are pre-solved and if it's wrong, I get another captcha almost immediately. I get black tie service using the proxy, while all of you get served off the dollar menu.

No government would demand access to an American IP for simply posting their opinions which are protected under the constitution.
