I'm all the way over here in Finland but even I know this is a Native issue. Essentially the reservations and native culture combined with drugs and booze makes for a pretty rapey and violent society that heavily effects their women. There's also always been the occasional sociopath truck driver who pick up native women highway hookers and have their rape/murder kicks, but they're rare. Pretty much natives doing evil onto each other then trying to pass the blame onto whitey because of historical grievances.

Because of my line of work I get to see what they're like. They are riddled with health problems, hygiene issues, substance abuse, alcoholism, violence (family members on family members). There's also a high number of amputees because of diabetes and vascular issues. It should be really seen as a major health epidemic in their communities/reserves. I understand the historical context but holy shit is ever tiresome seeing what they're like.
