More concerned about how several generations of welfare claimants create a dysgenic breeding pattern which becomes increasingly difficult to reverse as stupid people generally have more children than smart people, and smart children are dragged down by stupid children in schools and their local environment. Allowing idiots to breed is allowing a cancer to grow unchecked.
