LTSC 2021, then in 2030 I'll maybe switch to LTSC 2024, but it uses more RAM due to "Microsoft Edge WebView2", won't install LTSC 2024 on a machine with less than 32GB of RAM.

Windows is far worse than Linux, once the OS is installed. And terminal is ridiculously easy to troubleshoot and repair with if you use chatgpt or deepseek to find appropriate terminal commands.

Seriously, with AI you just ask "how do I do x?" And it'll output a command and you copy paste that command.

The only thing keeping windows OS alive is gamers who spend the big bucks. Apple Mac dominates the corpo computers. While Google Chrome broke into family PC market by being super cheap and fast. Windows OS only has gamers left and gamers are already planning to make the transition thanks to Steam Deck. Once Steam OS is completed it's over for windows OS. Games are the only thing left that makes their OS relevant.
