I don't have a really good answer OP, except to say that I went through similar shit and following one (of several) suicide attempts I made the decision to live rather than assist my abusers any more. Life did not magically get better and has often continued to be a struggle but I have retained a sense of agency since then. Also I rate Zen Buddhism as a non-bullshit philosophical crutch that has been helpful for 30 years or so despite me having little to no interest in doctrine. Keep your head up anon.
