The reason ultimately is that we never got the confederation of Reich that we should have had.
Instead we are little countries competing against each other instead of cooperating, while the kiked EU tries everything to destroy all business and prosperity here and also to instabilize the region by importing millions upon millions of shitskins.
People don't want to invest obviously because they see that Europe is going to burn in the future. It's not seen as a safe investment anymore considering EU has jews intent on destroying "Edom" as per their Talmud.
Would you invest in Pakistan or India? Because thats what UK increasingly is, while France is Morocco and Sudan.
And even if we didn't have the EU destroying everything, the wealth is divided between small nations its much harder to get massively capital intensive projects like AI going as its simply harder to pool investments as like said we are small countries.
And finally, again due to EU and its 'green' bullshit, plus the war and sanctions against Russia that fucked up over, our energy prices are expensive which is the single most important thing in AI.
AI is EXTREMELY energy intensive, in fact it is the single most energy intensive industry that exists on the entire planet.
It does not make any financial sense on building AI capacity anywhere where energy is not extremely cheap.
And while all other governments are trying to do their darnest to make energy as cheap as possible to help industry, EU is doing exactly as the opposite.
At risk of sounding like a broken record, is because its anti-White, anti-European, and doing everything to destroy Europe to appease kikes and bring forth the destruction of "Edom" as prophesized in Talmud.
