Spain has 10 million legal inmigrants, of which about a quarter has legally obtained the Spanish nationality (most of them through blood ties from the Americas region).

We can especulate about the number of illegals, but current estimates mention 1-3 million people more. Together, that's about 20-25% of the total population of the country.

The French and the German people have worse numbers according to official stats. The US is a mess and Australia is becoming an Indian/Chinese colony.

In Spain half of the indigenous population will dismiss this issue and call anyone racist for pointing out security is becoming a pressing issue, and everything from jobs to housing is at an all time low. The other half mostly welcomes the subhuman mestizo races from the South America, calling them "brothers", and will insist they have a shared culture and willingness to integrate with us. In the meantime, one can feel the sharpening of the blades when talking with these "people", who have an inferiority complex so big, they'll try to overcompensate with blatant lies about their resume or their capabilities at any given chance. They are just waiting for their numbers to grow so much they can just get rid of us. But for the most part, the right wing parties just concentrate their efforts on calling out North Africans (who are much worse, but lower in number).

What can we do to fix this? I'm 35, I still remember my country before inmigration: It was the best of times.

I see two main problems with south americans in Spain, they take half the customer service jobs alleging spaniards don't want them when confronted about it (kek), and second, most of them are even uglier than moors so they're an eyesore, specially peruvians and venezuelans.

I don't see how you'd realistically deal with it though. We created them and we're also a diplomatic bridge to them for other nations. Dealing with south americans in Spain is way, way above the voter's capabilities, specially while remaining in the EU.

In Spain the issue however is not that but that they grant citizenships to former territories.
If this can not be brought under control the imperative is to take control of the narrative in the form of an open dialogue on the Spanish crown's inability to reign in the conquistadors.
Bending the knee to their demands caused so much suffering in the "new world" and if this gripe can not find ear it will continue to be twisted into blind hatred.
