Okay. So I am siting a fact check article for this. Because if you actually read the "factcheck," it just confirms that they really did use cloud seeding on the area 2 days before the floods, where there was already a massive storm predicted, that they already knew was gonna cause higher than usual rain. It's like reading a junior high kid's first attempt at spinning something for a Public Relations assignment.
