what if it's a combination of China and Russia giving USA a poison pill, trying to provoke a witch hunt (kind of how it was with homosexuals in the FBI). The danger isn't whether the list is real or not, but it can never be truly conclusive, creatinh an incredibly divisive environment in the political elite. Also causes panic within the public.
