I think it is a flaw particular to the way corporations in the US are structured. It is why a lot of companies have gone back to private ownership to avoid the tyranny of (((shareholder))) lawsuits. You don't hear it happening in other countries as much. I have always been partial to the German corporate structure where employees/labor are required to have control of a certain number of board seats. The kike oligarchs like Blackrock still have some power over those companies, but they can't dictate policy like they can in US boardrooms.
