Pretty sure those crashes were caused by a failed angle of attack sensors causing software to try to dive the plane into the ground. The software was not known to the pilots so they were confused over the plane suddenly becoming suicidal.

Yeah it had to be deliberate, those switches are spring loaded and have to be lifted into either position, they can't be bumped off or on. Pretty shitty thing to do to all the other people on the plane.

so maybe this model of jet had safety switches not installed from the factory and this stupid pajeet flipped both as some sort of stupid ritual knowing that both of these switches usually have a lock and would stop it. the level of stupidity here is off the charts.

Yea, even if the lock "fails", the lever needs to be pull and it takes some physical effort to pull. The chance of both lock fails and the lever pulls at the worst time possible (within the few mins) that the lever can be pulled to make the situation unrecoverable).
