They are offering bottom dollar for jobs they NEED done. Anyone for illegals working for dollars a day has missed the point about how competing with slave labor devalues all labor. Your dollars for an hours wage buys MORE food if the guy selling food has to pay people the same as you.
Imagine you can produce 3 chairs per day for the same resources someone else can make 3 bikes. You could only make 1 bike and the other person could only make 1 chair in the same time. So you can trade 1 bike for 1 chair and you’re both better off than you were alone.
Now imagine the other guy has slave labor and can produce 300 bikes per hour or 100 chairs, and now he wants to trade 1 bike to 100 for your chairs because it still takes you an hour to make a bike. Now anybody making bukes can no longer compete unless they also use slaves and the slave owners can take advantage of you based on what you can produce.
That is what is happening here. Illegals being paid dirt is bad for everybody besides a few business owners and shareholders. Same with outsourcing and H1Bs. These things are the top factors against livable wages. It makes no sense for leftists to be for illegals, H1Bs, and outsourcing and for increasing minimum wage. They are the pro slavery party. They are anti worker. They want to leave the middle class destitute and give rmegacorps enormous tax breaks that reflect a command economy and destroy competition. They are for everything that is hurting standard of living. They are just also retarded and easily brainwashed corporate tools.
