I've been working out for 5 years. I'm 26 years old and 1M68 tall. It's a pointless waste of time. I'm not autistic enough to have to count my calories or whatever, but iwas doing this 3xweek for 5year without skipping a signe session (in homegym) it definitely hasn't changed my life.

I continue, but occasionally, for general well being and with multi joint exercises, but nothing more. I no longer do 2-hour sessions 3 times a week like before.

Yeah i agree, i have lots of such faggots at my gym.

They only seem to be standing at the cable machine all day long and work out to look good.

It's a commercial gym, i am the only person in that gym that benchpresses, deadlift and squat.
