I've learned that anger exhausts so much energy it's almost never ever worth it to invest as the return is generally negligible, and even then it's a fleeting high like crack. It's cathartic to an extent, but I have learned the best strategy is to lower your expectations instead of getting angry.
>Get a new job but have to quit anyways because they are too stupid to figure out how put you on the schedule?
Rather than lash out, just lower your expectations. They aren't vicious or targeting you personally, they just simply are not capable of being an employer, despite LARPing as one.
>Angry at the Government?
Lower expectations. I mean come on, they are children. Look at them in the house hearings or whatever. It's childish nonsense. They simply aren't capable of running a country, despite LARPing as a Government
>Angry at your wife for being slower than molasses in Januaray?
>Lower your expectations. She's a child, she's not really capable of grasping or understanding complicated adult things despite LARPing as an adult
So that's it anon, that's why I do, I lower my expectations. There's a catch though, children will expect you to take their opinions seriously and engage with them like adults, and if they hold power over you, that can be challenging if you've had to lower expectations so low they are comparable to a child
