>>510151444 (OP)You're braindead, it's not exhausting and it's actually super fun and useful, I used to be able to do it as a kid, I studied martial arts and practiced in my sleep. Sadly I lost the ability as I grew older also I smoke too much weed. I suppose you could practice or learn anything in your sleep and it's an incredible source of time. It's certainly less exhausting than a nightmare or some weird slop of a dream from the last game you played before going to sleep. It's incredible if you could have a device which would help you achieve lucid dreaming every night without all the weird tactics and a tonne of practice.
