Atheists have an explanation for that. It involves dark energy and a perpetual cycle. If our universe expands infinitely, then it was once infinitely small. This can mean there are an infinity of infinity of universes, time is relative (we know that), and everything within this universe could all be within one electron cork inside another universe. We already proved antimatter and that black holes make you perceive time differently. If time magic is real, then the world could have been created by a time loop of some sort. This loop could indeed run ad infinitum.

There was no such thing as "noting" or "before" before the Big Bang. Time is a property of the universe. There was no time or "before" when the universe didn't exist. Whatever caused the big bang and the universe is "suspended" in, has always existed and will. You can call it god, Brahman, the quantum field or whatever, because it's a field of infinite possibilities, the same as god. The universe is just one such tiny spec of trillions and quadrillions of possibilities within it. All these possibilities have always existed. We are simply living through one of them.
