I think that a woman who has consensual intercourse accepts intrinsically the possibility of (safe) pregnancy and for reasons both ethical and practical (would rather our population stay above replacement through irresponsible births than migration) I don't like abortion in the above cases. I'm ambivalent towards day-after pills, but I don't like invasive abortion for the above cases
However, that means that in cases of rape or serious bodily danger to the mother, I consider abortion at any stage acceptable. Hell, in cases of significant birth defects, too. (Brain full of water stuff, not babies with extra fingers)
In fact, to lessen the otherwise inevitable guilt of abortion, I think that in all three cases abortion should be (nearly) mandatory, only allowing religious exemptions for mothers willing to accept that they and their child will never again be eligible for any sort of welfare or government insurance
