The people at the top have been crying fake tears over the "aging population" and the "demographic crisis" for over 20 years now. The lack of births has provided alleged justification for the mass importation of third worlders most famously stated by Peter Sutherland of BP and Goldman Sachs at the House of Lords committe on migration in 2012.
If the people at the top were really worried about the declining birthrate and the "pensions crisis" they'd simply meet secretly behind the scenes and agree to coordinate making abortion illegal.
They could have done it 30 years ago if they wanted and Britain would have an extra 10 million workers.
They're quite capable of carrying out sweeping policy changes together and sweeping aside any opposition if they so wish just look at covid. They could do it tommorow.
Immigration is accompanied by various PR campaigns to convince people to support it. The talk about demographics, pensions and health care is just PR.
Immigrants are being brought in for one reason and one reason only which is to completely destroy Western nations. After all functioning nations especially in the West are the main obstacle to global goverance.
