My business is mostly funded by Medicaid. It’s impossible to know what it’s going to look like til it actually takes effect, but the fearmongering from anti Trump people is likely exaggerated. The lifecycle of austerity is typically that cuts will occur, Dems will get everyone scared and Republicans will lose their next term, and over 5-10 years it’ll be rolled back, so the lib freak out is a necessary part of the process even though they’re bullshitting.

I’m sure our paperwork is probably going to be more heavily scrutinized by bean counters for awhile so I’m taking the opportunity to improve it. Other than that, there’s not really any point in panicking.

As a Trump supporter, in general, this is a heavy handed plan. There was no real thought put into this, at all. There are large swathes of the country that truly have no other option than to be on the public dole. Anyone ever been to Kentucky? Those hill niggers only had one industry and that was coal. That ship has sailed and there is nothing there (Harlan for instance) except unkempt downtowns and fast food restaurants. Those people have no other option than to work at a Walmart or a McDonalds or some other shitty service job, and those are limited.
