What I do, is sleep on my back, and wear a wrap around neck pillow.
This is like a soft neck brace that keeps my chin up and neck aligned so I have an open airway.
You need to find a neck pillow that is secure, comfortable, and provides solid chin support.

Cut out all electronic media from your life. That means no browsing 4chan, no youtube, no Twitter, no IG, no forums, no vidya, no porn. No movies and TV shows, including on the big screen. Radio probably isn't worth it either, especially not podcasts. Avoid audiobooks too. No fiddling around gratuitously with your smartphone.
There probably isn't more than 5 minutes worth of critical things you need to use your phone/PC for on a daily basis, anyway.

I suggest you do this, at the very least for 2 months, and see how this affects you. I would also suggest you both read and write. If you "have nothing to write about", then just keep a diary, which you can fill with the most mundane information chronicling your day to day activity, or more interesting personal musings when these come to you.

Ideally, you should probably interact socially with other people and fall in love, but that isn't necessarily within your control, whereas everything I described above is.

You have sleep apnea because your face is probably downgrown. Day by day you are in a further oxygen defecit slowly dying. Not much you can do but you can fix your airway through osteotomies, sleep on a different surface (floor sleeping + thinner pillow,) take deeper breaths through the day, get more sunlight. I have for my entire life needed 10-14 hours sleep to feel well rested, and even then i still need a couple hours of lazing in bed after waking up to really "wake up". i rely on coffee to keep myself energized during the day. i dont drink that much though maybe 3 cups a day.

I have a career and there are times where i have to travel and work 14 hour days and i only get to sleep 4 hours at my hotel, and i can do that in short bursts, one week at a time. but when its the weekend or i take PTO i literally just sleep all day and have maybe like 6 hours during the day when i feel energized

i started taking aged garlic, regular garlic, and beet root and d3 in the hopes something would improve, and drinking coconut water, but im still sleepy all day. the heart palpitations i used to get went away which is cool tho

i dont know if i believe this is all caused by sleep apnea since im skinny and its been this way since i was a kid

It'll be hard at first but you'll get used to it and actually have some pride in what you do. You'll meet people and make friends and learn about how industrial stuff works. You'll do work that makes the world turn.

Basically get lots of exercise and some fresh air and sunshine.

Go to bed early and get up early as well. Try to work first shift and start at 5 or 6 am and be in bed by 8pm.

OP here's a non bullshit answer: You're skinny and malnourished, because you don't eat enough. How many calories do you get per day? People can survive and thrive off of all sorts of diets, especially when they're young - some special diet isn't going to change much.

Start counting calories, and get as many as you can, even if it's from fast food. Just throw a few vegetables in there. You NEED to gain weight. Also when you can, go through each of the vitamins and make sure you're getting enough. There are only a few: A, the B vitamins (take a complex), C, D, E, K - and healthy fatty acids you can get a lot of from fish. Eat some sardines. Then there are minerals: zinc, magnesium, and maybe a couple others you might want to supplement.

Take a FULL BROADSIDE approach to making sure you're getting all of the nutrients you need, especially calories.
