There's a virtual civil war brewing on /pol/ between Republicans and antisemites. Republicans use /ptg/ as a central base of operations from which they spam Trump-related threads and try to gaslight visitors into assuming opposing Israel equates to being "shitskinned" or "mudslimes". Antisemites operate decentralized, with /nsg/ being little more than one slide thread among many, with themes mostly varying between nostalgic depression, "naming the jew", pedocalling or spreading accelerationist thought in an effort to destabilize. While Republicans are better organized, their preplanned rhetorical repertoire seems to fail them more often, in cases of their opponents not being easily shushed by namecalling or not willing to fall for ragebait.
Despite making up over 90% of /pol/'s user base, both camps' spam soldiers regularly presume their opponents to be "leftists", "trannies", "liberals" or similar, despite very little evidence for left-wing activity.
Some Republicans are antisemites and some of those voted Republican and while there is overlap between the camps – I call this the chud zone – it grows thinner every week, while propaganda operations on both sides are running hot, leaving almost no space for unaligned threads who genuinely care about spreading rare information, optimism or engaging in civil discourse.

I hope the left largely shares your view that things are fine. Moderates and progressives are moving in opposite directions. The progressives are true believers and will want to purge the moderates trying to run to the center. They don't care they need to start attracting voters. They would rather lose on principle than win through compromise.

They are a gift that will kill the dem party whether they win or lose the civil war.
