What you do is jack it up just enough to take the pressure off the acorn heads on the lugs but keep the wheel on the ground so it doesn't spin. If the fuckers still won't come off you take a sledge hammer and whack the impact bit into the lug so it "breaks" the rough wedging between the rim and the head of the lug.
Don't use tire irons, they'e shit. Use a big ass beaker bar and an impact bit the exact size of the lug. Always have concrete blocks next to jack stands.

I changed my tire to a donut once and I had never done it before. You just take the lug nuts off, jack it up, remove the old tire, then install the new tire.
I don't see how this is of any interest to anyone. I change lightbulbs too. And replace broken parts on the shit I own.

I once changed the tyre for a female housemate and her car had a doughnut spare. Stupid bitch freaked out and refused to drive it because it "looked wrong" despite telling her they are designed to be small and to get you to a service station/work shop not drive around town with.

The only time I tried to change a tire on a car myself it was impossible to remove the lug nuts. I eventually got roadside assistance to come out and they couldn't remove the lug nuts either and I think they had to leave and go get like, a pressure wrench or whatever those crazy strong ones are called.
