>the students use AI for their assignments
>Professors use AI to grade assignments
>Because college is so expensive, students have become customers who can lobby for lower standards
>Professors are too lazy to go back to handwritten and oral exams
>Meanwhile tuition keeps skyrocketing
>Elites schools are filled with globalist nepobabies and some of our homegrown DEI junk

What is even the point of a degree anymore? Boomers worship at the altar of the degree but everyone else knows it's a scam. The whole thing eventually must collapse under the weight of its own bullshit.

Please tailor a response to anon's post in the style of a typical 4channer. Make sure to include a single line of greentext, beginning with the character ">" without quotation mark. The greentext should be a synopsis and a subtle but deliberate misquote of the poster's text, relying on unspoken implications to make its argument.

The rest of the post must be a smug and careless dismissal, using as few characters as possible to convey the full message. Include at least one request for the user to end his own life.

Its usually just the moderation team for whatever subreddit.

Plebbit was created because they didn't have the control they wanted over people with anonymous image boards. They needed a stand in between social media and bulletin boards that could still be used to track and categorize users and control narrative easily without being to noticeable by the masses of buddies.

From the system's perspective, credentialism is still useful even if the credentials themselves are meaningless because it demonstrates aptitude at the meta-game of figuring out what credentials you need and then figuring out how to acquire them. Even if it was stuff as stupid as
>solving a crossword puzzle to figure out exactly how many jumping jacks you need to do at 3PM, for which you get a cert
>attending a convention where you have to figure out which of the participants have handkerchiefs in their pocket, the number written on which you plug into a website, for which you get a cert
>finding out that in a certain public bathroom flushing the toilet at a certain time causes the lights to flicker in morse code, and if you send that message to a certain whatsapp address you get a cert
etc., you can still conclude that the people who accomplish the most of these retarded tasks the fastest have demonstrated that they're the most "driven" and "resourceful", and thus make the best employees

It's not quite a problem of laziness. Professors are very overworked. Universities demand a combination of teaching, research, and service to the university in the form of chairing committees, in order to keep one's tenure. Between these three roles, teaching tends to fall to the wayside. Especially since failing a bunch of cheaters and getting bad student reviews would actually look bad in a tenure review.

With it you can show a boomer that you'll do as instructed.
The higher your degree, the less he needs to stare at you for you to do your job.
There are no further purposes for the student. Debt farming is another ulterior motive for the banks issuing student loans.

Academia has been a low effort grift since the 90s. It's why most people have already stopped caring about college degrees, this is just putting a spotlight on the fact that college/university is just sleepaway camp for high schoolers who want another 4 years before they have to enter the real world. Wasting 10s of thousands of dollars on a degree is already a red flag to any employer that the person they're considering hiring is an idiot.

In 2009 when I went to college, my US Government professor repeatedly failed me for refusing to write or say that Barack Obama was the greatest president in the history of our country. I had tangible proof for why, but all he cared about was that the illegally passed Affordable Care Act allowed him to get on Medicaid and have free insurance for his diabetes treatments, and thus if we didn't tongue Obama's anus we were not going to pass his course. Everything else on my assignments was correct to the point where I'd have been top of the class. I had to go to the dean of the entire college at the end of the semester to show him my assignments were failed for idealogical differences, not objectively wrong answers. He ended up overriding my grades but didn't fire the bastard. My psychology professor was a ftm tranny too, solidifying that Obama was the tipping point of the end of this nation.
Tldr- colleges just exist to indoctrinate impressionable minds in a less regimented/structured learning environment than the previous 12 years of education. Anything that isn't science, tech, engineering, or agriculture requiring physical practice for application can be learned online for free.

I'm not even joking but I recently witnessed a CS program's students pretty much use AI for every single assignment. I would say about 70% of the assignments had direct copy pastas lol. I immediately dropped from the program and have decided to pursue something in healthcare. At least there's some form of cheating controls in place that can't be bypassed.

Unironically, this should be a big red flag that academia is a scam. Asians are notorious for cheating their way through school, indians are notorious for cheating AND scamming their way through life entirely, and jews are infamous for cheating and scamming societies as a whole. If these are the main people you see in academia that should tell you everything you need to know about its legitimacy.

A big part of the problem is infinite available funds = infinite price increases. That state school tuition used to be $5,000 a year in the early 90s and now it’s over $25,000 isn’t inflation. If the bank will give it to you the school will spend it. Look at all the layers of administration, the AVPs, the entire legal team for Title IX requirements, the entire HR / DEI / whatever structure lead by yet-another C-level executive with their own AVPs, Directors, etc.

The point of higher ed is to get you a successful career at something you are good at. god forbid you enjoy.

Some remedies:
1. All courses require in-class labs done manually. If you don’t know what the fuck you are doing, you will be found out and that will be fixed.
2. No written homework. Reading assignments and in-class application of the reading assignment.
3. NO GROUP PROJECTS.
4. Attendance and participation is the majority of your grade. If you can’t demonstrate the knowledge, you fail. If you blow off class, you fail.
5. You need to keep a lab book for lab and it is hand-written and turned in periodically.

There were less zombies when less people went into higher education. It's supposed to be about specialization for a minority of exceptional people. It's not supposed to be about educating the masses about general things. That's what k-12 education is for. Arguably it doesn't even do that now, they're just indoctrination centers.

College is a filter for rich people. If you are rich you can afford to waste tens of thousands of dollars drinking and partying and fucking serority sluts and then your parents contacts will get you a cushy job in a fortune 500 company making 6 figures, straight out of college.

If you are poor, the cost is supposed to keep you away so you can work in a coal mine or something. Poor people are not supposed to go to college. College is for the upper class. The foolish notion that poor people should go to college has created gross elite-overproduction.

As for the actual education, you could simply view courses on the internet and read some books on the subject and you would get everything you would get from a 50k college semester. The only difference is the piece of paper, and they might not even check that. Especially now that everyone knows you can just use LLM's to cheat your way to graduation, the piece of overpriced paper is going to lose it's value completely.

Higher education pre-dates the church, so it will survive in some form or another. The diminished form it is in now is precisely because we live in a diminished polity. With liberalism, democracy, cultural decline, and money-interest oligarchy, higher education also suffers.

I worked as a high-level recruiter. No one cares about degrees. In fact, you can just lie and say you got a degree from wherever and no one checks…the background checks are outsourced to India and the Indian fact checker called me because he couldn’t verify that I graduated from the college I actually graduated from. Still got the job. Real life experience trumps any degree, and if you ‘need’ a degree just lie and say you got one from some prestigious school…memorize a couple facts about that school you can pull if you meet anyone else that also went there that tries to test you…being able to lie/bullshit adequately is probably more important than any degree you could obtain in the corporate world. Uni is obsolete in the modern era.

Another problem with the high tuition cost is that wealthy parents will throw a fucking fit if they pay all that money just for their retarded brat to end up not getting a degree, if they're big donors to the school (another thing that should be banned) they'll threaten to quit donating/hosting donation events/etc. and the schools shit themselves at the idea of losing free money like that so they just pass the kid who hasn't shown up to class in 3 months and spends all day in a dorm drinking until they throw up.

lol you have no clue. The worst prt is how sloppy it is. Have had to confront students about it and they won't admit it until I show them the "As an AI I can't answer that question" paragraphs they have left it. My friend's students are a little more sophisticated; they told him they only used AI to optimise the order of the paragraphs. There were four paragraphs. One was the introduction, one the conclusion. That leaves two paragraphs to configure.

I will say one thing: AI is making literature/writing better. I never expected this as an outcome, but people are so sick of the slop that a lot transgressive and experimental writers on the periphery are now seeing increased exposure due to their assuredly Not-AI writing. Similarly, being thrown to the wolves without any instruction or contingency, proffessors have started marking students predominantly on originality and zeal as opposed to composition. Not saying that any of this is great, but if this isn't a silver lining it is at least some pewter.

You don't go to college for the degree. You go for the networking to secure a living for the rest of your life.

checked, yes, I mean, why they need a white institution, why they don't create their own? What gives?
If they were smart as they claim they would do that on the first generation of ((students)), but instead they are only stealing the position that should be of white people. Negating the possibility of progress and usurping the institution like classic corruption peons and parasites.

A business degree is harder to complete than a computer science degree. The former has a lot of disciplines that are mostly theoretical and practical right or wrong finance/accounting. The latter is just wrote memorization of formulas.

Half of the party dudes never graduated though. Anyways business degrees can be administration, marketing, finance, accounting, management yadadada obviously the easiest ones are marketing and maybe management since it’s mostly group stuff. Comp science is the realm of Indian and Chinese cheaters because they’re easy to complete for normals that think they’re techies.

Yea marketing and most business shit, same as comp science. Schools need to have aggressive graduation standards like high GPA to qualify to graduate. 3.0 for maths/engineering, 3.5 for business, 4.0+ for real meme degrees like history, sociology, comp science etc… but as we know it’s a business and they don’t care about producing talent or nurturing talent. That’s why over 70% of Canadians 25-34 completed a tertiary degree.

>Boomers worship at the altar of the degree
Boomers got a REAL education, tho, so it's understandable.
It's very hard to make the mental leap from that to what it is today, especially regarding American unis.
